Ion-exchange based demineralization plants producing water with very low conductivity, ideal for high-pressure boilers, process requirements and laboratory applications. Regeneration, monitoring and divert logic are specified together so that off-spec water never reaches the boiler.

Questions we get asked
DM plant or RO — which do we need?
They solve different problems and are often combined. RO removes the bulk of dissolved solids economically; ion exchange takes the remainder down to very low conductivity. For high-pressure boilers, RO followed by a mixed bed is a common and efficient arrangement.
How often does the plant need regeneration?
It is a function of feed TDS and throughput, not a fixed interval. We state the expected output between regenerations for your specific water in the proposal.
